Garden and Summer House

The ground floor passageway has an electric dividing shutter that can be used, when required, to separate and secure the ground floor level from the remainder of the villa, thus making it ideal for independent occupation.

First Floor

The first floor has a cloakroom, a fully integrated kitchen, utility room with butler sink and plumbing for washing machine and ducting for a tumble dryer.

The good-sized lounge has a 2-speed fan assisted fireplace, aircon, satellite TV connections and door entry intercom phone.
