This is a very nice and modern villa with everything on one level. The house contains 2 bedrooms and the 2 bathrooms have underfloor heating.

This is a gated community with electric gates. The property have parking on plot with shade for the car, and the pergola also have electric blinds on the sides, that makes the property more private.

The garden consists of tiles and stones, and it is nicely planted with fruit trees. At the entrance to the house, there is a terrace with seating area. On the side of the house there is a BBQ, and its also space for a table and chairs. Possible to build storage on any side of the property. Very nice view form the garden, and from the private solarium.
